Download the Windows Binary Release.

Download a Imagick Windows Builds DLL.

Install the Windows Binary Release to C:\imagemagick.

Rename the Imagick Windows Builds DLL to php_imagick.dll.

Edit the files

1. apache/bin/php.ini
2. php/bin/php.ini
3. php/bin/php5.ini

and add

extension=php_imagick.dll

Restart apache and check in phpinfo if imagick module is installed.
